KIRCHE IM KINO perceives itself as a part of God’s global family, who lives through the power of the Holy Spirit. People of all generations and cultures are welcome and find their place there. Starting in Innsbruck, our church tries to fulfil its task of carrying the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the end of the world.

We perceive KIRCHE IM KINO as a growing community, which offers services in places, where people get together. This includes cinemas, private houses, social media and public places. Its biblical sermons, which are relevant in everyday life, point to Jesus and help to grow in following him. Authentic worship leads to Heaven touching hearts. Week after week, multiple young people come together for a modern service.

We understand KIRCHE IM KINO as a church, which consists of small groups, where teenagers, adults and families with their children gather. They do this to share their opinions and thoughts about God’s word and His workings in their lives altogether. People who are a part of such a small group gain strength from prayer and learn to live a balanced life of family, friends, work and church. Stemming from their love of God and their neighbour, they serve one another, people they know and don’t know in person.

We see KIRCHE IM KINO as a church, which has been longing for getting to know God better and better. From early childhood onwards, everyone is accompanied, supported and encouraged to live their lives at school, university, home and the workplace with the power of the Holy Spirit. Older generations help the younger ones to discover their personal talents and call in life as well as actively take over responsibility.

We perceive KIRCHE IM KINO as a church, which invests time in people within the church community as well as outside of it. It offers guidance, counselling and practical help for people of every stage of life. It strengthens marriages and families, which makes it possible for children and teenagers to grow up in a protected environment. Our church community takes a stand on socio-political issues and positive changes.

KIRCHE IM KINO is a church that prays for people in this world and especially for those who don’t know Jesus. It meets people in their current circumstances and encounters them through its authentic as well as loving lifestyle. Furthermore, Kirche im Kino supports the spreading of the Gospel in Tyrol, Austria, Europe and all over the world.
